The Department of Developmental and Socialization Psychology, in collaboration with the Bruno Kessler Foundation (FBK), as part of a Ph.D. project, proposes a two-armed pilot randomized controlled trial with active groups whose purpose is to investigate the feasibility of an internet-based self-help intervention of Behavioral Activation, originated from the Brief Behavioral Activation Treatment for Depression protocol for pregnant women who present with mild or moderate symptoms of depression. Through a series of animated videos, the candidates will receive instructions on how to complete the daily self-analysis forms.
